If you’re into hiking or mountain biking, the North Umpqua Trail system is the place to explore endless trails and epic rides. Starting just 22 miles northeast of Roseburg on Highway 138, the North Umpqua Trail system is world-famous and for a good reason. The 79-miles of developed trail featuring hundreds of scenic spots, 16 waterfalls and a variety of ecosystems will take your breath away. Trails range from easy to extremely difficult. The wooded wonderland also accommodates photography, camping and horseback riding.
